The hotel is located in a mountain village, and the last 200 metres of the access road are only suitable for smaller cars or can be covered on foot. The surrounding area was beautiful, and the views from our room were absolutely stunning. The room we had originally booked looked a little different from the photos. It turned out to be a very small standalone cottage, but the receptionist immediately offered us a larger room since they had availability. This was a very kind gesture. However, it would be helpful if the room sizes were described more clearly when booking. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this place.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast, which wasn't served until 8:30 a.m., so we had to wait, even though we had expected it to be available earlier. Most of the other guests actually left before breakfast was served. We had to wait even longer because the person preparing the breakfast only arrived at 8:30. They first spent time getting everything ready, including sweeping the terrace and the floors, and only then started preparing the food. Breakfast itself was quite modest: one omelette to share between two people, a few slices of ham and cheese, some bread, and drinks. It certainly wasn't a generous breakfast, but it was enough to satisfy our hunger.

Amazing house with gorgeous rooms with the best view in the village. Staff is exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful. The interior of the house is full of little details, very rustic and charming - we loved it!

The mattresses - very hard and uncomfortable.

Very cozy and comfortable bungalow. Zoi was very nice and helpful. I had a relaxing evening and a good sleep.

Was surprised to find I had to climb a ladder to the bedroom loft, but I would still stay here again.

The owner was a very nice and kind lady. Probably the main reason for such a high review score. The location is good, within walking distance to anything you would like to visit in Portaria. Relatively cheap. Large room. Pet friendly. Nice view from the café. No credit card prepayment is needed.

We took the Classic Double Room with Spa Bath, which was not working. This wouldn't be a big issue if we hadn't reserved the room specifically for this functionality (always nice to use, after hiking for hours). The fridge was not working, unfortunately, we only understood it the next day (it was making noise, just not cooling). This was an issue for us. The bath is barely usable for anyone above 1,70m. Several small things were broken/ unusable (towel holders, toilet top). The windows "view" Maybe the other rooms are better but I do not think that this room should be eligible for rental.
