Lovely away break for us loved the area and the room but wouldn’t stay at the Dunraven again. Sorry.

Great location. Parking very good. Great walking distance from Adare.

Lovely room and comfortable bed. Bathroom and dressing room excellent. Tea making equipment in the room would be important to us. Didn’t like the bar or bar food. Breakfast buffet not to our liking. Poached eggs on beans mixture and herbal sausages together with salty bacon made out breakfast low marking 3 out of 10.

Limerick short trip

I liked the hotel it was comfortable and clean. Attentive friendly staff. Breakfast options were great scones delicious and bread choices plentiful and tasted great. Location was good for our trip to Limerick.

Lovely relaxed environment in the heard of Adare village

Lovely room and location, relaxing environment.

Breakfast service was chaotic and as a result, somewhat unenjoyable. The food was excellent however, and the manager did apologise when I raised a complaint in person. I believe the service is usually very good and that this was just an unfortunate once-off.

Excellent 1 day/night stay at this hotel to attend wedding

We attended a wedding in Dunraven Arms- Food was absolutely excellent catering for such a large group. Breakfast was also excellent.

Beautiful room. Bed so comfortable. Restaurant impressive for evening meal and for breakfast. Staff were as helpful as they could be, but one had very inadequate English.

Small things. We would really appreciate tea making equipment in the room. We like to make our own tea just how we like it, and late at night when there is no room service. The car park does not have any signage to indicate how to get to the main reception to check in.

Lovely stay in a hotel that’s full of character. Lovely bedroom and excellent food.

Location was excellent and all town amenities were within walking distance to the hotel. Our bedroom was lovely, with plenty of room and nicely decorated. We had an excellent meal in the Restauraunt and the breakfast was exceptional.

No water water in the morning. No enquiry as to how was my stay when I was leaving.

Very comfortable accomodation with plenty of space in the rooms.

Room was nice and very big with comfy lounge. The bathroom was also very large.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The bathroom floor was very noisy to walk on during the night, loud and squeaky. Other people staying at the hotel were very loud in the corridors late at night and into the early hours.

Large hotel ideally suited for golfing and wedding parties

Good restaurant and attentive staff. Too many people staying - added to which was a wedding that wasn’t intrusive per se but made the place feel very crowded. Noisy - it’s on the main road through Adare. Adare itself is an interesting village. If you don’t like golf you’re in for an overdose of Ryder Cup hysteria! Corridors dark and rather institutional. Bed very high and bathroom dark. Hot water tepid - too many people staying? Would we return? No.

We love this hotel and have visited before. Very pleasant staff and lovely old world ambience. Magnificent, comfortable bed and real down (not polyester) duvet.

Not the fault of the hotel but the constant traffic passing through the town is horrendous. Luckily it will be by-passed soon and then the place will be idyllic.

It’s a beautiful property with spacious rooms and excellent views. There are many common areas in which to lounge with your travel partners, inside and out. The staff was exemplary. Breakfast was incredible. Terrific food with tons of options. The location is perfect. A block away from a Medevial church, another block away from restaurants and pubs and across the street from a lovely garden.

Just about everything!! It was if we were staying at a palace and we were for the most part treated like Royalty.

A server in the bar who had the temerity to pour sherry back into the bottle from my wife’s glass and who was rude. She was the only one however, everyone else was wonderful!!!

Nice hotel.

Some of the hotel is run down but the rooms were nice and new. Good location, breakfast was amazing.

We seem to have been in the old part which had no lift and it was split levels with lots of steps. Would not recommend it for someone with reduced mobility or very young children as it's a lot of up and down and hard to get your buggy ect to your room. I feel booking.com should do more to highlight this when booking your room. Also the hotel takes a security deposit which again booking.com did not mention

Uncomfortable bed, friendly staff, very dated

Nice location

Bed was way too soft and have been dealing with back pain since. The mattress had zero support and was concave in the middle. Overall the hotel was a bit stuffy and dusty feeling. Went for a massage which while the staff member was nice was above the gym facility In What felt like a prefab overlooking the parking. I would have mentioned the uncomfortable stay when checking out but was not asked how we enjoyed our stay and felt like the man was rushing to check us out.
