The concierge was excellent, very helpful, and eager to make our stay enjoyable.
Beautiful touches at the hotel entrance, like Greek sweets and Christmas treats.
Breakfast had a wide variety, and everything was consistently refilled.
The sleep quality was amazing—comfortable pillows and quiet rooms after some time, even facing the street.
Perfect room temperature and small complimentary touches, such as two bottles of water and tea/coffee facilities.
Rooms were very clean.
Parking was easy to find, with both street and underground options.

The bread at breakfast could be fresher.
The bathroom/toilet area felt outdated and could use renovation, especially the shower.

Everything was wonderful. Location, room and amenities. Staff was friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast. An electric car charger on site and excellent view from our room on the 5th floor. Extremely accommodating when an extra night of stay was unexpectedly required. Definitely recommended and will be returning.

Location.
1. Bracket holding the shower head was broken and could not hold the shower head in place.
2. We had an early morning checkout before breakfast time (which was paid for) but could not get a coffee before our departure.
