The whole property, including the Museum and the gardens, was lovingly restored and very well maintained. Our rooms in the "Small Palace" were well-appointed with tasteful furniture, and our friends' room in the "Inspector's House" had contemporary furniture and access to the garden. Bathrooms are modern and very clean. Even though we arrived very late in the evening and did not speak any Polish, the night porter at the reception was very welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We only spent one night at the hotel on our way to Wroclaw, had time to visit the museum, and would have loved to try one of the restaurants and stay longer.

Very unfriendly staff at the reception. Felt like you are disturbing her. At the next day in the morning she was a little bit more "okay". Its a pity that such a nice place felt unwelcoming after the first "Hello"
