The airport shuttle and the breakfast is really good . The room even if it was at ground floor

You receive a complimentary small bottle of water only on arrival . I guess that for a 4 stars hotel they could offer each day to make coffee and tea with the machine . The bathroom sink doesn't have the cup to use it , but on demand you can have it

Hotel is at great location if you want to stay close to the airport. Beside that, hotel provides a shuttle from and to airport which is really convenient. Hotel staff was really nice and room was comfortable and clean.

Good lower-cost airport hotel with shuttle service. It's a bit of a dated property but clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. The on-site restaurant is typical of an airport hotel but the food was good. Shuttle driver was especially helpful.

Nice hotel just a 5-minute drive from Thessaloniki airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. Perfect for a short stay or an early flight — would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel but beds far too hard

Great location and flexible airport shuttle was appreciated. Nice breakfast was included in the price. Friendly receptionstaff.

The big problem for us was that the beds were criminally hard and we barely slept. We had a long day's drive the following day and sleep was needed.

It met my needs.

I booked it because it look nice and was close to the airport. Was there for one night, so met my requirements. The room was clean and very roomy. I had a lovely view of the pool. The staff at the bar were very friendly and helpful. The morning I checked out, the man who was the shuttle driver offered to take my luggage to my car which was very thoughtful of him.

The pool was closed when I arrived at around 5:30 even though when I checked in the staff informed that it would be open until 7. I ordered a cocktail at the bar and it was not very good. I ordered a club sandwich and it was one of the worst I have ever had. It was not a place I would go to for more than one night, especially if I did not have a car.

Pool too crowded, breakfast too late

For a nights stay it does the job. Large firm bed and decent aircon. Dinner was pleasant. The shuttle to the airport is included and punctual.

We chose this hotel because of the pool but the pool was full of local people and tons of kids, basically unusable. Loud music and people by the pool. Wifi did not work most of the time, even in the room. Breakfast starts at 7.15, too late for an airport hotel. They provided packed breakfast of sandwiches made with white sliced bread, apples and water. The restaurant lacked basic drinks.

Short stay

The hotel was very convenient to the airport. Facilities were great, with the pool and a large lounging area being a real bonus with great music. Options to have snacks and drink with a pool bar area. The hotel was exceptionally clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. As we had to leave really early in the morning, the staff prepared a breakfast box for us which was verry thoughtful. The hotel also had an airport shuttle which was very helpful.

One of the things was that the bathroom door and frame in our room had to be repaired at some stage and it was very shoddily done. With everything so good, it was a shame to see it. No toiletries were in the bathroom other than liquid soap. Could have done with a shower cap.

Superb hotel perfect for airport

Really warm welcome and quick check in, very helpful front desk arranged pick up from airport so we could return car to hire place. Swimming pool was a great facility, very good restaurant in the evening and for breakfast. Water in fridge in rooms which were very comfortable and spacious

Really good airport hotel

This is a really good airport hotel. The shuttle service was convenient and very flexible - even late in the evening. Room spacious and clean. Really friendly staff. And an excellent breakfast the next morning! With the pool - which I haven't used - and other amenities also a longer stay here would have been nice.

Had an issue with the AC steering, but the receptionist found a solution. So just a minor point really.

A good location for an overnight stop after a late flight into the airport

It is a short drive from the airport. Rooms were clean and bedding was fresh and the rooms were well appointed. However staff were generally friendly especially on reception.

The bedroom decor looks slightly dated and the bar has limited seating and a limited food offer.

Was very good and I will return again.

I had requested a double bed and had received an email stating that one had been allocated to me, however on getting to the room I found that this was not the case. I spoke to the hotel representative at the check in, and we were upgraded thereby getting the bed as requested and promised. I had never previously been able to make use of the Breakfast, and found this to be exceptional.

A well situated airport hotel, easy check-in and very convenient to get an included lift to the airport. The breakfast was decent, the room quite large and with a good mattress.

The cleanliness could be improved although nothing was really disturbing us.

Noisy but convienient

Walls were thin and it was very noisy in the room - I was woken up multiple times in the morning (from 4am onwards) with people checking out of their rooms, slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridor. Also, the pool area was still under renovation. The rooms in the basement/lower ground smelt a bit damp.

Perfect location for the airport

The hotel is very well appointed with good facilities including a swimming pool. It is located only 10 minutes from the airport and the transfer to/from the airport is complementary. Reception and bar/restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is of good quality and they have great coffee.
