We were hiking the Via Francigena and wanted a place near the trail - this property fit the bill. Although, if you are hiking the Via, I recommend staying further south, as the hike through La Storta and Giustiniana is just a long slog along a busy highway. Seven years ago, we stayed at Resort La Rocchetta which required going along that same highway, but at least made the next day into Rome more enjoyable.
Anyway, our room was adequately sized and we had a large terrace to enjoy the sun on. It was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very nice. A nice restaurant, Ciao Amiche, is within easy walking distance. The hotel offered some sort of off-site meal that we didn't quite understand, but you may be interested. Breakfast the next morning was exceptional, with many pastries, fruits, cheeses, meat, etc.
The shower doors were off the rails at the bottom which allowed water to run out.

the view to the green side-
Walls to thin- you could hear other rooms noise. Got a fare thru booking and 21 night before the rate was much lower. I fare was too much for what it was - Water at the shower with not much pressure.
