The hotel was well situated, central to all places of interest.

The hotel and area was "dark". Would have prefered a lighter area and atmosphere. Not the fault of hotel or area just our preference.

The location was the best you could get, in the middle of the Jewish quarter surrounded by bars and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with a great variety of cold buffet and choice of scrambled egg.

Breakfast was great, lot of different items and bread was good. They served also crambled egg with bacon which was nice. Location was great, it was in the heart of Jewish quarter. Room was clean and there was still the 18th century feeling we liked. Hotel stuff was very friendly.

Great location for both Old Town and Jewish Quarters. Breakfast was ok, no hot food just continental bits but enough to get by. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout and collect later which was really helpful

Beds were awful. The ‘mattress’ we had was about 3inches thick, we did complain after no sleep on our first night and were given a mattress topper (2inch thick max!) it helped but still not comfortable. Pillows were also almost non existent. We had a double bed but 2 single duvets which suited us. Shower was also awful, it ran off a water tank in the room, so although lovely and powerful, you only had enough hot water for 1 person to shower. (We ended up one showering at night and one in the morning so we didn’t have to have a cold one)
