No assistance from managers when you need them

The room

When I arrived at the hotel I had my Costa brand sports glasses worth 250 USD with me and I left them on the counter, and I forgot them there when I went up to my room. I returned in the morning and asked them to check the cameras to see who took my glasses, but they couldn't help me, so I left the hotel without them.I left a letter for the manager, checked the surveillance cameras and was able to see who took my glasses, I arrived with glasses and left without them, and no one could help me at checkout.

The rooms were big and clean. The hotel is well connected by metrobus to the city centre.

For an establishment of this type and standard, one does expect the staff to speak English and other languages.

the rooms were awkwardly laid out. we had three rooms for my family. unfortunately, some showers were impossible to enter into as the door hit a protruding wall. additionally, the water didn’t drain. However the most uncomfortable part were the very very hard beds and lumpy, hard, and old pillows.

Not very comfortable. You could hear everything form the other rooms... Even though my room was like 5 rooms away from the elevator you could hear the "ping" noise that sounded every time it stopped on this floor. Very annoying at late in the night. Also electricity failed during my stay and there were not emergency lights. I had to get to the first floor going downstairs illuminating the oath with my phone. Unacceptable.

I like this hotel because of the staff, location and cleanliness.

The bedroom we got had beds that were too small and the ceiling was too low... and there was no possibility to open the windows nor ventilate the room. The heater/AC was not working, and they forgot to add water in the room ( we found only the paper stating that the bottle of water was complimentary).

The weather machine at the room was not working since the remote was broken and it took them 1 hour to give us another one delaying the sleep time in an unnecessary way. We got no attention even at the desk.

Is a great location in avenida Insurgentes access to everything.

They need to update the property, elevators have a carpet from 1970 dirty and smelly, there is an access from the parking lot that is a couple of old wood, or kind of wood locked with a chain...
