    We arrived before check-in time. One reception employee said she will check to see if a room was ready to let us check-in early and basically change to attend an event. At that point, another person at reception simply said that even if a room was available we could not check in before 3PM. We changed in the restroom and left our bags with the bellboy. Later that night we got back to the hotel and finally checked in. Got to our room and there was no complimentary water, no soap, no towels, not even toilet paper. We called reception and housekeeping, now answer. Took the elevator down to reception and explained the problem. They gave me towels and shampoo. No soap available. Regarding the water, they said they had none available, but that I could go to the restaurant and buy "complimentary" water. Back in the room, there was mold in the bathroom, the door frame was rotten, a/c didn't work, entrance door frame also rotten. I am glad we were staying only one night. On the good side, the hotel has excellent location and a very good breakfast with friendly staff compared to reception.
