Pension Mozart - Vienna Center, Self Check-in

The location of the guesthouse was ideal for a family with two teenagers. It was close to the metro, shops, and the historic city centre. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

What we did not like was that on our last night, Friday, there was a lot of noise from the bar located below the guesthouse, which made it very difficult to sleep. Secondly, the listing mentions an airport transfer service, but it is not included and must be paid for. We used the service and had clearly mentioned that we wanted to pay by card. However, on both occasions, the drivers did not have a card payment terminal, so we had to pay in cash. The second time, the driver did not even have the correct change, so we ended up paying more than the agreed amount. Finally, the information provided says that bath towels are changed after four days. We stayed for five days, but our towels were never changed.

No air conditioning. 32 degrees outside. Had to open the windows. Pub downstairs Very noisy till early hours in the morning. Coffee machine hard to operate.
