Beautiful room in a more classical style on top of being really spacious and having all the furnishing and shelve spaces one might want, and even some nice extras you would not expect in any regular hotel! The bed was also really comfortable.
The staff was at all times really helpful, even for a few special demands, and always smiling and friendly.
For the price we paid, it was much better and much friendlier than most chains I've ever stayed in!
My only small downside would be the noise from the street being sometimes audible in the room, but it was not so bad that it kept me from sleeping.

Friendly staff
A lot of stairs with very little elevator coverage.
Very hot room - could only open the toilet window to get any air.
Very unsupportive pillows.
Building work started before 7am (Monday) and was very loud! Should be restricted until 9am in my view.
