location was excelent with easy access to Morzine town centre 5 mins
Staff were amazing couldn’t fault any of them
The bar and resaurant were beautifully laid aout and finished.

Amazing to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking Morzine
The bathrooms and bedroms need updating to match the rest of the hotel image
lacking air con, rooms were very warm at night

Great hotel. Very cosy, nice breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Pool and Spa are a great bonus. Nice view of Morzine and easy access to the centre of town.
Wifi connection not great in my room. Pillows were not comfortable for me. You can hear accross rooms and floors so depending on your neighbours above or next to you, it can be noisy.

Room was spotless and comfortable
The spa was really below par.. the jacuzzi was nearly cold and the steam room and sauna were turned off
There was rarely a staff member at the front dest to get help from
The advertisting on booking was misleading also as it said the hotel was central - it is half way up a mountain and accross a river - the oppsite of central.
Breakfast was passable - continental self service
