Felt the pics before I booked misrepresented the hotel, as there is no pool on-site

Pool was (is) not on the property, and requires a walk of about 5-7 mins on dirt roard to get to sister hotel which has pool

Mixed feelings.

We had dinner there one evening, the kitchen is very good. The lady serving breakfast was very nice and helpful.

The lady of the house was as charming as a broomstick. We really didn’t feel very welcome. We booked a room in the hotel, but were put on another property about 8 minutes walking distance. Not bad, but if you wanted a cup of coffee, there were no facilities there. Not really what we expected. The location is very high up in the mountains, so if you would like to have dinner somewhere else besides the hotel, after a long day out, don’t expect to go back to the hotel for changing your clothes. The trip is too long.

Ampia camera e bella location a prezzi ragionevoli

Stanza molto bella, arredamento molto curato, bagno ampio e confortevole, ma la cosa più bella è la grande vetrata che dà sulla montagna. Il personale è molto accogliente e gentile. La colazione è molto ben fornita, dolci e cibo salato fatto in casa, ma la chicca è la macchina del caffè che è di alta qualità (Jura) e il caffè è molto buono. Parcheggio comodo e spazioso. La prossima volta proverò la cena al ristorante .

Schönes Anwesen Mitten in der Apfelplantage

Ruhiges und schönes Anwesen (Landhaus Birkenhof) nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haupthotel entfernt, mitten in Obstplantagen gelegen Schöner Außenpool mit großer Wiese

Zimmernummer 6 in der Villa ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. es gibt schönere/moderne Zimmer in der Villa die schon renoviert wurden

Urlaub von der ersten Minute an.

Im Kirchsteiger fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an „dahoam“. Lenka, Christian und der Ober Noah lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab und machen einen tollen Job. Im Hotel wohnen viele, viele Stammgäste - teilweise schon seit über zwanzig Jahren. Das haben wir jetzt auch vor zu werden. Zimmer hochwertig eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Betten. Das Essen im Restaurant einfach sensationell. Alles bestens. Wir kommen wieder. Bestimmt 👍

Toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Gegend und in einer hervorragenden Unterkunft.

Die Verpflegung im Hotel ließ keine Wünsche offen und war qualitativ hervorragend. Völlan ist ein ruhiger Ort, der zum Erholen einlädt. Das Hotel Kirchsteiger ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse. Insbesondere das freundliche Personal hat zu einem absolut gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Immer wieder eine schöne Zeit im Kirchsteiger.

Seit Jahren der gleiche hohe Standard. Man fühlt sich von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute willkommen. Die Gastgeber und das ganze Team gestalten einem den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer, das ganze Hotel und die Küche verdienen Bestnoten.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera standard e al check-in ci è stato offerto un upgrade gratuito. La camera è moderna, spaziosa, pulita e con un bagno grande. In rapporto al prezzo pagato la colazione a buffet è buona, presentava varietà di dolce e salato, anche se non all’altezza di altri hotel 4*
