A decent option

The location was nice and quiet (except for a construction site accross the street which starts quite early in the morning). The property is very nice and well kept with nice common areas and a dedicated room where you can help yourself to refrigerated drinks which you mark them on a tab to pay at check out. They have a great garage for motorcycles. The staff is nice and prompt. The breakfast is one of the richest I had on my trip through Italy.

The room i had on the top floor was quite hot and keeping the windows open all night helped just a bit. Secondly, I guess somewhere on the same floor there is a technical room or something because it was making a constant noise like an electric motor. Luckily, I had earplugs which helped a lot. All in all the night was not a very restful experience. I would suggest to avoid the top floor and the rooms facing the street (and the construction site). Also not to my liking is their policy to pay in cash, but sometimes, it is what it is.

Fantastic hotel and staff let down by the restaurant and staff

The hotel and hotel staff were great, however the restaurant was very poor, food was sent back, not only by us. Long wait, very poor service. Very bad attitude from the male head waiter. Would not eat there again. Breakfast was good however male staff was very rude. A shame as hotel and hotel staff were great.

Exceptional

The large balcony was within very close view of an old castle that had beautiful up lighting at night and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley below. There was a very neat and clean communal refrigerator that the host was happy to label our bottle of wine with our room numbers so we could chill it to enjoy later. We only stayed 1 night but was a close drive to Merano.

Nice and pleasant hotel

Nice location up on the hill with fantastic view and a great breakfast. The host is a lovely man, allowed me to park my motorbike inside his a garage at no extra cost.

As it was warm the room was a little uncomfortable. I had to sleep with the balcony door open and unfortunately I was road-side. I missed the small print about only accepting cash. Luckily there was a cash machine within walking distance.

Great and friendly host, well equipped rooms, a little old style, yet very comfortable, fantastic location - recomendable. Great and rich breakfast.

Really good pension with acceptable price compared to other options

The pension was very clean and cosy, the owner was very friendly and made our short stay very pleasant. We appreciated the ratio of price and quality, despite it was a bit off our route. It is a quiet and clean place. I especially liked the scent in the reception :-)

There is anything which me or my friends did not like, it perfectly met our expectations and well contributed to the overall success of our motorbike trip.

Too short a stay - but that gives me the next time to look forward to!

This is a property I should find fault with, to put others off so it is available when I want to return: seriously, it's that good. Easy to find though slightly off the beaten track so quiet, wonderful welcome (4 languages), a garage for the moto, a lovely room, a beautiful village and general setting - and then there are the lavish breakfasts, inside or in the garden: all of it just excellent. Thank you for a superb stay. I'd like to be able to give it 12/10, at least.

A beautiful property made even better by the owner and staff.

The location overlooked the entire valley and had a wonderful view of a local castle/ruin. The rooms were very clean, and the morning breakfast was fantastic.

Although the carpet and furnishings are a bit dated, it has been kept meticulously clean. So it was actually just fine.

We were on a motorbike tour with friends, only stayed one night here. Our rooms were very nice and clean, beds were comfy too. Breakfast was very good.

No wifi in the rooms only in the lounge room.

Niet naartoe gaan is zijn geld niet waard

De kamer.

Onvriendelijke dame, slecht ontbijt en moesten op aangeduide plaatsen zitten met nog andere reizigers. Al een geluk waren het toffe mensen aan ons tafel en deelde ook onze ervaring. Zeer beperkt ontbijt.... Niets werd aangevuld... Je kon enkel eten wat er al op tafel stond en een klein kannetje koffie voor 2 personen. Geen fruitsap

Ja das Frühstück war gut, könnte aber etwas abwechselnd sein.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Vor 25 Jahren, war fast alles genauso wie jetzt. Da müßte etwas Geld in die Hand genommen werden.
