The Hotel is very neat and clean, great location, the stuff is very professional and courteous. Breakfast is excellent for the right amount of price. Madam Iuliana and Madam Li, along the front desk stuff and housekeepers, are very courteous and professional. Definitely, we are highly recommending this place and promise to return soon. The afternoon/evening staff were very kind, helpful and excellent. The location was super - easy to get around to any part of the city.
Unfortunately, the hotel is no longer living up to its 5 star status and is in need of a major renovation. The AC made noise, the shower was broken so we ended up moving rooms twice for our 3-nights stay.
