Beautiful hotel, very well decorated. Lovely staff. Perfect location as well. We will come back next time we visit Stockholm. We recommend this hotel!
No window but it was clearly mentioned during the reservation process so we were not surprised.

The hotel is well located in a quiet area, within easy walking distance of most attractions.
When we arrived, we were given a room that was extremely small and had a noticeable dog odor. We asked to change rooms, and we paid an additional fee to upgrade to a slightly larger one.
The room did not have air conditioning, which made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The windows couldn't be opened, so the hotel provided us with a fan.
We also paid for breakfast, but I wouldn't recommend it. If you enjoy good coffee, the only option included is coffee made from pods, which I personally found terrible. If you want a cappuccino, you have to pay extra, which feels misleading when you've already paid for breakfast. There wasn't even a toaster, something I consider a basic item for breakfast. A good cup of coffee and toast are pretty standard expectations.
The rest of the breakfast was acceptable, but nothing stood out. Overall, I think this hotel is overrated.
