Villa in Seggiano with kitchen and furnished patio
This non-smoking villa features a seasonal outdoor pool. There is no shortage of free extras such as free Wi-Fi in public areas and free parking. Other facilities include a garden and barbecue area. This villa has 3 bedrooms and offers free WiFi and an espresso machine. The kitchen has a refrigerator and oven, while for maximum comfort you can count on a fireplace and a jacuzzi

On the ground floor there are a living room with sofa bed and satellite plasma TV, a large dining room with fireplace, a kitchen with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, a pantry with oven, microwave, espresso machine and freezer , a double bedroom with satellite TV and exit to the garden, a large bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a fitness room with sauna, whirlpool and treadmill. On the first floor there are a large living room with fireplace opening onto two loggias and the garden with a big satellite plasma TV and a loft with living / meditation room, a double bedroom with four poster bed and satellite TV, a bathroom with a large shower, a double bedroom with loft with a round bed and satellite TV.
Amenities
Swimming pool (11x6 meters) with gazebo and changing room with shower, enclosed garden with olive and fruit trees and automatic gate, two loggias with tables and chairs, barbecue, small wellness center, free wi-fi.
Prices include water, gas, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly). Electricity to be paid on the spot € 100.00 per week.
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Baby cot € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.

The big asset of the villa is the incredible view you enjoy from the swimming pool and all around the garden.
Inside the villa, very nice decoration, even if the the furniture is nicer than practical.
