Corte Francigena - Apartments

Rooms were a good size, comfortable bed, facilities are excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will certainly return abd recommended to friends and family.

Breakfast wasn't what we were expecting. What we had was nice but didn't want cakes for breakfast. Croissants would be a much better idea.

Very clean and great and helpful staff. Quiet, intimate and very zen. Many parking spots.

The sofa bed could’ve been bigger in size. Also it took up the whole living room when it was out, so that we didn’t have space to move properly. When we opened the entrance door or fridge door it hit the table and chairs. Very narrow stairs when carrying the luggage up and down.

Loved the breakfast basket that was also free of charge. The staff were all very accommodating and nice. Free parking, albeit somewhat tricky to get in some spots.

Basically, the pictures show apartments that had nothing to do with ours. I feel like they renovated a part of the buildings and posted those pictures - and we had the misfortune of staying at one of the old ones. The dishes were not really clean, we had to wash everything before using. Two wine glasses, different ones (?!). One of the espresso mugs with some weird sticky stuff on it. Floor in the bathroom falling apart. AC dripping (they fixed it the same day). Wall under AC super dirty. As the AC was dripping we had to use our towels to remove the puddle, our towels weren’t replaced though, up until I proactively asked for new ones. No detergent to wash the dishes and only two tabs for the dishwasher (we stayed 4 nights - what’s the idea behind this?). The description of the apartments states they are soundproof - this is not nearly true. Every morning we got woken up by other people knocking on each other’s door, pulling suitcases up and down the stairs etc. (keep in mind no elevator).
