That they had a room at disposition, where almost all hotels were full. Owner speaks German well.

Availability of two communal fridges. Powerful air conditioning system.
Two single beds crammed together in an L shape. Room not big enough for two beds. Support for one bed was not adequate and mattress sagged accordingly. Man only takes cash payments so I had to drive around and look for bank machine. Has more of a working man's hostel atmosphere than a guest house.
