I like the location and it was close to the place I intended to visit. McDo, AlfaMart, Jollibee, SM, Robinsons, Pick-up Coffee, Lido, were just a walk away. I also like the landscaping and the Catholic mass in the open Function Room. There's also a month long schedule for pest control to address the concern on cockroaches. Trees Residences is a pleasant and well-secured community... I really like the place. Indeed, it was surrounded by plants and trees...
Maintenance really need to be improved. Room size would not be ideal for large-built people, those with katsaridaphobia, and hyperosmia. Luckily my siblings and I are just medium-built, "fighters" :) and flat nose. :D

Very nice place, no hassle checking in and out. Clean and complete tools for cooking etc.
