Fulsato

You need a car to get to this one. It is not far from the main highway but up in the hills. We were welcomed in the car park, our shoes were taken and we were given slippers each and encouraged to wear the traditional Yakatas. :) And so we entered the Fulsato magical bubble. Absolutely amazing. Staff were so friendly, helpful and eager to chat. At dinner they had mobile ready on the table to help translate that we couldn't work and about our day. The food was exceptional with the most beautiful presentation. The first evening it was Autumn/Halloween theme with leaves & flowers decoration and different crockery in the shape of cauldrons, pumpkin dish etc. The attention to detail was very visible. Our room had our own hot bath on the balcony overlooking the river - very special. Whilst the building has been standing a long time and could probably do with a little tlc, in no way did it take from our stay. When we left it felt like leaving the family. They helped take luggage to the car and then waved until we could no longer see them. Happy tears...

食事が素晴らしかった。内湯がある部屋でしたが、内湯が大変良かった。

昔ながらの旅館で、料理も温泉も良かったです。

洗面所の電気が暗いので、メイクがしづらかった。 部屋のドライヤーが焦げた匂いがでてくる
