Loved the property, particularly the pool access which we weren't expecting.
Key pick up and drop off being from a different suburb was not ideal but still worth it for the property.

Location from car to unit great
Pool was fantastic
Great location to spa and pool
Carpet needs replacement
Has a mouldy musky smell as when people come out the pool the carpet get wet by the entrance
Remove and replace carpet or put in floorboards
Walls need patch and paint as well

lots of things were broken and it wasn’t very clean. don’t appreciate making my own bed when on holidays.
