Not easy to pick up keys in Nelson Bay as all parking metered. Remote for garage did not work, I then went to agency to get a replacement remote and this remote did not work, so I rang Mc Graphs and requested they Deliver a remote that works which they did

The layout was well set up to cater for our family needs with a private parent retreat. The view was wonderful

We did not like the fact that there was lack of any basic amenities. It was very surprising for the amount of money we paid. There were no condiments provided at all. There was no salt and pepper, no teabags, no coffee, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner or even a garbage bin in the bathroom. There was no garbage bags provided at all. These are usually standard in most short term rented properties. As a travelling group this is very inconvenient and very annoying. There was a very small coffee pot suitable for two people only, yet the house is available to book for 7 people. There was no teapot either. We really felt that having to hire the linen was also an outrageous extra! Many other properties included linen, but I was not aware of this situation until it was too late.
