Everything. I can only honestly say I never write reviews, but felt I had to this time. What a wonderful, lovely host!! Ann couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. She is great at communicating, and was more than happy to answer the millions of questions we had. The house had everything you could think of, she even left shopping bags for us when we needed to get groceries (the little things most people wouldn’t think of) she left Easter eggs for the kids and the rooms were made up beautifully. On arrival there is milk and tea/coffee sugar etc and she made a delicious cake. I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone and we would happily go back. It’s also in a great location (depending on what you’re there for).

Ann was the perfect host and had thought of everything to accommodate myself and my young family. She left welcome treats for all. House has everything you would need. Perfect location for events in either Broughshane/Ballymena or beyond.
