    If you are looking for a peaceful, budget-friendly alternative to the hustle and crowds of Phuket, I cannot recommend Cha-Am enough. My stay at this beachfront property was a highlight of my trip, offering a level of tranquility that is increasingly hard to find. The Highlights: Superb Location: You simply cannot beat being steps away from the water. It perfectly satisfied my craving for a true beach getaway. Dining Experience: The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant's location is truly perfect, enjoying a meal with that view is an experience in itself. Room Comforts: The room was functional and clean, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly, which is a necessity in the tropical heat. A Few "Pro-Tips" for Future Travelers: Accessibility: Note that there is no elevator, and I stayed on the 4th floor. If you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage, keep this in mind! Navigation: The hotel has a few different buildings, which can occasionally confuse car-hailing apps. Double-check your pin location on the app before booking your ride to ensure your driver arrives at the correct spot. Transportation Tip: If you are heading to the train station, ensure your destination is set to the "Cha-Am Railway Station" rather than just a generic train search. I made the mistake of not being specific enough, but thankfully, I had an incredibly kind driver who helped me correct course just in time to catch my train to Hat Yai. The Verdict: Despite the stairs, the overall experience, from the delicious food to the serene atmosphere, was well worth it. I would choose the quiet, affordable charm of Cha-Am over Phuket any day. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

    The hotel is very clean the staff very helpful. When you book on line, you will want to be sure what type of room you want. -They have rooms that face the street with large balconies and nice views. -They have nice rooms with very small balconies and no view but the back alley -They have rooms with no windows It is important to note that all of these rooms are very neat, clean and well appointed. very nice staff

    They gave me a free room upgrade friendly staff good location and the room was well maintained. Their restaurant was right on the beach and the free breakfast was a bonus

    Unless you get a room at the front which are ok, the rooms at the back overlook a derilect àrea. The room was very dated and cramped. The free breakfast at the cafe opposite is very basic. Ok for a cheap overnight but very dated and basic.
