I liked the chalet — it’s beautiful , clean , relax and fully equipped. I like the Breakfast , yes that there aren’t many food options, but the dishes available are delicious and fresh. The staff was kind . The view was amazing also you can hike near to hotel .

During my stay in Oct the hotel itself closed, so nothing is open, not even the laundry service. the hotel is located up a steep hill, only accessible by car. I expected it to be closer to the center. The place feels a bit isolated and quiet since most facilities are closed.

Excellent stay, we look forward to come back!

Everything! Especially our penthouse and the service. The location is great with a wonderful view towards Streif. The chalet is beautifully furnished and very convenient, every apartment has its own sauna which is great. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. And the staff is amazing, in particular a lady at the hotel restaurant. I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she took such care of our family, I don’t have enough words to thank her.

Our only recommendation would be to heat a bit more the pool.

Delightful stay at a fairytale location with spectacular views and top facilities

beautiful location, spectacular views from the chalet, beautifully maintained and stylish interior, great staff, great breakfast, lovely pool, great spa.

The accommodation is very high cost..even though you would expect this, given the luxury location facilities, it would be crazy expensive to spend more than just a couple of day there. Also, the food in the bar and restaurant in the evenings is very over-priced. for just a simple schnitzel with fries in the every informal bar, you pay about EUR 25 and it is nothing special...The breakfast is good but would recommend to eat out in closeby restaurants in the evenings for nicer food at lower cost.
