Great week's holiday, would book again.
Place was nice and warm and clean, good kitchen and bathroom facilities. There was a ski room downstairs and a car parking place next to the property was provided. The host was helpful and friendly, although some of the info we were given re eating out etc turned out to be incorrect.
Long walk to the nearest lift - we had a car so actually drove to other parts of the system where you can park for free - either Jochberg or Kirchberg. Sofa is not comfortable. Shower door doesn't seal properly so you end up mopping water off the floor after a shower.

Very clean and well maintained apartment (2 bedroom), equiped kitchen inclusing 2 coffee machines (drip and nespresso), helpful host, walking distance to the city centre, beautiful neighboorhood and scenery, overal very recommended.
It's not really "ski-in/ski-out", if you want to get to the cable cars, it is ~10 min walking on the dirt road / ~15 min on paved road. So you're better off renting a locker at the station (€2/day small, €9 big for skis).

The perfect stay in Kitzbühel for a remarkable ski holiday
This well located, modernized house has the welcoming spirit of the mountain. Literally it has everything you will ever need while having your ski holiday. The cherry of the cake is the host - Marco. He will make sure you are the happiest guest and you feel like at home for the whole stay. We must meet again :) Marco

Exceptional
The location is fantastic with beautiful views and only a short walk from the gondola if you are skiing, the garage doubles up as a drying room and somewhere to store your ski gear.The property is kept to a very high standard with very comfortable beds a great shower for soothing your aching legs, and Marco is a great host giving us plenty of information on the area.

Unser Aufenthalt war grossartig! Marco ist ein wirklich toller Gastgeber. Sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht. Er hat sich mehrfach Zeit für uns genommen und uns wertvolle Tipps für unsere Skitage, passende Lokalitäten und weitere Unternehmungen gegeben. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Unterkunft selbst war ebenfalls hervorragend: sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und von der grösse her perfekt für zwei Personen. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral, der Dorfkern sowie die Talstation Hahnenkamm waren in etwa 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
