We truly enjoyed our stay, we had a fantastic time and loved skiing in Kitzbühel

We really liked the location of the apartments — they are very close to the Hanekam lift. We stayed in the large Apartment P, which was very spacious for six people. Everyone had their own bedroom, so it was easy to have privacy and relax separately when needed. The sauna worked perfectly and was very clean, and the jacuzzi was also very pleasant. Overall, we would definitely recommend it

We didn’t like that there were “road closed” banners placed right in front of the entrance, even though there is access to the garage. It took us quite a while to understand where we were actually allowed to park. Also, housekeeping needs to be requested separately, even though it is listed as “everyday” on Booking, which was confusing. As for breakfast, it is quite limited — basically coffee, a bread roll and one egg option. It’s sufficient before an early morning ski session, but it’s good to keep in mind

Einen wunderbaren, unvergesslicher Urlaub für unsere Familie!

Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich unsere Gastgeber, die sich herzlich und jederzeit zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert haben. Man fühlt, dass sie die Apartments und das Restaurant mit Passion führen. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll sowie gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (zB. Kücheneinrichtung von Gaggenau). Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Bergbahn für den Hahnenkamm und damit nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Man läuft ganz entspannt durch einen kleinen Park und ist dann direkt in der Innenstadt. zudem hat die Wohnung einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der im Preis inbegriffen ist. Auch das war für uns ein absoluter Pluspunkt!

Nur die Lage

Das ist ein minderwertiges Apartment. Keine Flasche Wasser im Apartment für 770€. Auf unser Ersuchen wurde uns eine Flasche für 7,90€ bereitgestellt.. Auf die Frage warum das Apartment so schmutzig ist, kam die Antwort die Putzfrau ist verschwunden.. Das Bad haben wir selbst desinfizieren müssen. Keine Hausschuhe in einem 770€ teuren Apartment obwohl die Böden alles andere als sauber sind. Handtücher sind geradezu hingelegt worden.. Frühstück war auch so das die uns gerade bedient haben. Das erste was kam ist die Frage wann wir das Zimmer räumen weil angeblich neue Gäste um 11:00 schon da sind.
