The breakfast was good because the owner actually asked us what we would like specifically and did not just bring @the full English” and put it in front of us. Having a choice for preferences and amounts too was great - the extra slice of toast with jam was simply as a treat!

It was so cosy and the owners so pleasant, helpful and efficient. Great value for money, delicious breakfast, comfy bed and spotlessly clean. Perfect location as close to beach, town and bars but far enough away to have a peaceful sleep.
