Elena was an absolutely Fantastic host. Would totally recommend the Franklyn Guest House and would absolutely stay here again without question. BOOK IT! DON'T THINK BOOK IT! She was lovely and the room was immaculate. Its clear she takes great pride in the house she runs!
Noise Workmen - No the Guest Houses Fault. Jersey Electric put in a new cable. Again Not the GuestHouses fault.

The breakfast was good and our rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated and furnished. Jelena was an excellent hostess. She directed us to a lively neighbourhood nearby where we ate several times.
The guest house is in a busy road and has no parking. This was a significant problem on the day we arrived, Although we then found reasonable 24 hour parking elsewhere in the town. As we are getting older, we found the stairs a little difficult, especially for the room without an en-suite bathroom. However, I should add that we were made aware of these issues in advance.

Very clean and comfortable and the host was lovely and very helpful.
The stairs were a bit of a struggle for my 86 year old mother but apart from that, everything was fine.

Elena, the Manager is the Soul of the Guesthouse and a Dear. She's always looking for the comfort of her guests and her breakfast is just gorgeous! Here you really feel welcome like being an old friend. There's no better way, fantastic!
