We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — the metro station is just nearby, and you can also easily walk to the Tagus River through beautiful parks and charming little squares. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They showed us everything and made us feel at home from the very beginning. We especially loved the cosy shared lounge, where we could always enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with something delicious. Every day, there was a little surprise waiting for us, which made our stay feel even more special.
Unfortunately, the portable air conditioner was not very effective, and with the windows open, it was quite noisy. The shower cabin was also very narrow and difficult to enter, and there was only an overhead shower.

The metro is just outside the door so very easy access to anywhere. Beatriz is very warm, welcoming, and so kind. The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again. We had 2 nights here and LOVED it.
