Gute Lage mit bedauerlicherweise vielen Mängeln.
Die Lage war gut. Mann musste eine große Straße überqueren und war direkt an der Strandpromenade. Balkon ging zur gegenüberliegenden Seite raus auf einen Golfplatz und Parkplatz. Demnach gab es nicht so viel Verkehrslärm.
Schlüsselübergabe war Katastrophe: zuerst ein nicht funktionierender Schlüssel, dann den zweiten Fahrradschlüssel nicht bekommen. Also mehrere Fahrten zum Büro. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig: Dreck im Bad, Kühlschrank und schmutziges Geschirr. Zwei Pfannen von denen bei einer die Beschichtung abblättert die andere nicht mit dem Induktionsherd kompatibel aber beide ungewaschen mit erkaltetem Fett. Ersatz nach zwei Tagen welche selbst abgeholt werden mussten. KEIN: Klopapier, Seife, Spülsachen, Schwamm, Mülltüten vorhanden. Von den Fahrrädern war das Herrenfahrrad defekt und die Bremsen des Damenfahrrads kaum funktionstüchtig/defekt. Es wurde keine Alternative angeboten lediglich ein wir schauen mal und dann Funkstille.
