المالك شخص محترم جدا ومتعاون للشقة موقف سيارة خاص بريموت اما المبنى حديقة وفيها العاب للاطفال خلف المبنى مباشرة ماكدونالدز ودومينوز وكارفور شقة واسعة بها كل الاحتياجات وواي فاي سريع الدخول والخروج مع باب المبنى والمصعد بشريحة الكترونية مما يعزز الامان بالقرب من الشقة محطات الباص الرئيسية ومحطة مترو مطبخ متكامل بكل الادوات حتى بعض الاحتياجات مثل الزيت والملح والبهارات
التكييف مكيف واحد في الصالة يصل براده قليلا الى غرفة النوم السرير نظيف لكن الخشب يصدر اصوات اثناء الحركة

Квартира как на фото. Хозяин на связи.Мы довольно "проблемные" жильцы,т.к. путешествуем на машине и невозможно рассчитать время приезда.Хозяин нас встретил поздно вечером, показал квартиру, а также приехал рано утром, когда мы выезжали. Очень приятный человек в общении. Рядом находятся магазины. Метро буквально в 5 минутах ходьбы.Парковка во дворе.В квартире чисто. Посуда, постель, полотенца- нам всё хватило.
Полы в ванной скользкие, хотелось бы при выходе из душевой кабины или коврик, или ножное полотенце. И кондиционер почти мёртвый. Не спасали даже 16 градусов. Когда открывали окна - дул свежий ветерок, но в первую ночь рано утром( в отпуске хочется поспать) под окнами меняли трубы, работала техника. А во вторую ночь допоздна играли в футбол во дворе ( там оборудованная площадка ). Возможно только нам так не повезло, но за 2 ночи выспаться мне не удалось.
