Вид с балкона, удобный диван, лифт. Расположение хоть и не пешая доступность, но рядом небольшой торговый центр и метро 7 минут пешком. Хозяин квартиры был отзывчив на просьбы.
Был одобрен запрос на детскую кроватку для ребенка 2 года , но в квартире её не было, поэтому моя мама спала на диване в зале. Нехватало некоторых мелочей в квартире, например нормальной сковородки, готовить было не просто. Душ сделан крайне неудобно. Но в целом все ок:)

Очень понравилась квартира и все удобства, отличное размещение территориально - все рядом, магазин аптека остановка, рядом круглосуточный магазин. Два спальных места + раскладная кровать, все необходимое есть - полотенца, постельное, посуда, приборы, микроволновка, стиралка, холодильник с морозильной камерой, фен, телевизор, вайфай, даже утюг есть. Очень уютно, как дома. И прекрасный вид на город! А еще очень отзывчивый и приятный хозяин, мы смогли заселиться в удобное для нас время. Я очень довольна, остались положительные впечатления, не хотелось уезжать. Если есть сомнения - смело выбирайте данный вариант, эта квартира прекрасный выбор.
