Isolated second floor for rent with separate kitchen and bathroom

Хорошие апартаменты. Нас было 5 человек, все разместились прекрасно. Есть балкон с диванчики, свой двор. В квартире вся необходимая посуда, полотенца, постельное бельё. Достаточно чисто.

Оплата за аппартаменты не дешевая. Далеко от центра/старого города. По близости нет бюджетных кафе и ресторанов.

The apartment is spacious, with well-functioning air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and plenty of seating. The location is a short ride from the old city centre. It looks a bit hostile, but it's a safe area.

We found the communication a bit unfriendly: the first message contained no welcome, only rules about cleaning. The location was difficult for taxi drivers to find; providing the address in Georgian and a phone number in advance would be helpful. We booked this place especially because of the swimming pool, but we were barely able to use it: on the first day it was empty, on the second day it was ice cold, and we were not informed about this beforehand. We understand this was due to illness in the family, but it could have been communicated in advance.

Owner" hospitality and the rooms was very clean.

The swimming pool wasn't working, too many insects so that we couldn't sit outside the room and enjoy the view.
