Ideal for location not much else

Comfy bed, good location. Rep was contactable.

Doors werent easily lockable or to enter, fault already known but wasnt fixed meaning having to message rep to help. Shower was poor, no pressure, basically a drip. No onsite tour guide as described. Also pay for electric usage which isnt mentioned in ad. This is a private apartment complex where most were privately owned.

Excellent value for money

Location is excellent, studio was very large and clean. Only room service once per week, so take this into account. I liked its location but still away from the noise. Walking distance to beach and all restaurants and pool bars. Aussie pub across the street. Newly opened Retro Sports bar is crawling distance. Place felt a bit isolated and abandoned, maybe because of low season, guest friendly, no unnecessary questions are asked because there is no one ))) Overall I really liked it and would return here definitely !

There is no onsite manager. Reception only “works” from 09.00-17.00, which was not announced when booking. But remote manager helped to check-in. For any other question you are pretty much on your own, but for me it was ok. Thai lady at the reception imho does not do anything, just standard answer is “call telephone”, and not very friendly at that even.

Would 100% book this apartment again. Perfect stay

Great sized apartment for a family, on a lovely little complex with a nice pool area. On the main road so very close to amenities, yet you don’t hear the noise from the road and bars once the front door is closed. Kitchen area for when you don’t want to go out to eat. Clean and everything works as it should, decent tv channels which is handy for kids when you’re trying to get ready, or watch a movie before bed. Beach and lots of restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Amazing host, really helpful and on hand via message with any queries.

Could’ve done with some extra bin bags as our rubbish was piling up in shop carrier bags, I’d liked to have tidied it up a bit better and emptied the fridge etc before we checked out but I had nowhere to put it, I know housekeeping do this anyway but I just like to do what I can before I leave a property, so I felt a bit guilty leaving the rubbish piled up ! Other than that it was spot on

Great location, fantastic pool and surrounds were well looked after

The apartment was very spacious and the pool was always in top condition.

At the time I was there, the living area was a bit hot with no separate air conditioning. The ceiling fan helped but it was often too hot to use. To be honest, the weather at that time was exceptionally hot.

These well maintained apartments are very popular and I understand why,

Large roomy apartment. Very clean pool. The kitchen was well fitted out with everything I needed. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Good food shopping close.

Can get a bit noisy at night sometimes as there is a bar area behind the complex but after midnight it’s ok.

Little oasis near beach.

Location was very good and although on a very noisy main road once inside the apartment, apart from the bathroom, was quiet enough. The pool area was beautiful. Beach was 10 minutes away at a casual stroll. Plenty bars and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Special shout out to the Beergarden bar and Bush garden restaurant, both very good and do great food.

Shower in bathroom needs upgrading as currently electric shower in corner is difficult to use. No hairdryer and no plug in bathroom sink. Pillows were flat as pancakes but when we requested new pillows, they were provided on the second day by Duncan the manager, cheers Duncan.

Lovely apartment somewhat marred by its streetside location.

Nice spacious and well appointed apartment overlooking the pool area. Comfortable living space with a dining table and adequately appointed kitchen. Two bedrooms (one with its own balcony) and lots of storage space for clothes. Excellent air conditioning and supplemented with ceiling mounted fans. Duncan, the property manager was extremely affable and helpful.

Noise. The rooms that are adjacent to the main road are extremely noisy although the noise can be reduced in the bedrooms by closing all intermediate doors. However, during our stay there was a very raucous group staying in an adjacent building who were partying very, very loudly almost every evening and late into the night with loud music playing at an unreasonable level. This took the shine off our stay.

Couch covers were dirty, place could do with some TLC. Communication from the host could be much better. Tried to call him multiple times throughout the week and never got a word back from him .

Nice experience

Spacious appartment. Bed and sofa are super confortable. Valcony is big and super nice. You have several tables and places for working with laptop. Swiming pool is awesome, always clean. Ubication is good, near good restaurants and near the beach. The owner is friendly and willing to help at any time.

Cleaning service is poor. The girls come only 10 minutes (literally) a week and the clean was very superficial. AC is super noisy. Decent isolation but still noisy to be near the main road. Internet was little slow.

Ausstattung allg. schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es wird nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Gegenüber ist eine Bar die abends sehr laut sein kann (wenn man mit kleinen Kindern ist kann das ein Störfaktor sein), das eine Schlafzimmer ist nur durch eine Flügeltür zum Wohnzimmer getrennt, Geräusche und Licht dadurch voll hörbar.
