Great location and facilities. Reception staff were helpful in explaining the non-contact check-in system. There was more cooking stuff (pots and pans) available than I had expected. Luggage handling/handler really accommodating.
One saucepan needed a little extra cleaning before use. Bed mattress was on the firm side but still felt pretty good after a long day on the slopes. An explanation of where to take rubbish and of the luggage collection/check-out process would have been helpful. The whirring TV box was a bit distracting.
