the location was perfect, just in the centre. private parking place was available.

The kitchen- too small, not enough glasses, cutlery. The sofa bed- not prepared for us, even there was no sheets and we have to ask. The bathroom- very strange shower, Even one of us got burned from hot water.

Good value for money.

Great location for both skiing and evening walk in the center of Cortina. The appartment is very close to different gondola lifts from where is possible to acces various ski slopes. It was very warm in the appartment which is appreciated when coming home from skiing all day.

There were 3 of us staying in the appartment. Bed in the master bedroom was okay but the bed for the third person was not comfortable and worn out so it should be replaced with a new one. I believe it is fair to provide a quality bed for every paying customer.

The location was the only positive I can say about this property.

Avoid this apartment. It is not suitable for anyone to stay in. Before we arrived I got a message to say if we want heating it would be an extra €30 a day-Imagine when weather is so cold in Cortina! The apartment is so old and dated. Lights not working and the couch is horrific. Our electricity went and they were really unhelpful when we called about how to fix the issue and not even apologetic. Hot boiler takes hours to heat so don't count on hot showers! It is so dated and run down. The windows vibrate when cars go past. In my history of using booking.com(which is alot) this is the worst I have ever stayed in!! Oh and don't forget you get a set of instructions of how to clean apartment before you leave or youl be fined €50. We had to wash everything before using because they were dirty!!! Beautiful Cortina... Awful Apartment!

Antique but useful, great location, great price!

+ excellent location, with private parking (which is amazingly helpful in Cortina, you get a remote with the keys, try leaving the car on the pump across the street and walk for the keys), well equipped kitchen, spacious app (for 2, sleeping on the sofa I could not recommend). Clean, cosy. Antique style, hand made furniture is fully functional (but very worn out...). Helpful staff at key pick-up at hotel Aquilla (it's a hotel at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, some 300m away). Unbeatable price for Cortina d'Ampezzo stay.

- worn out furniture. At first we assumed it's meant to be antique style, but it turned out furniture simply dates from times when building was built. Electrical sockets are hidden away in the corners, suitable only for small phone chargers. You cannot plug in your PC charger if it is an ordinary EU schuco plug!?? Beware of hot water in the shower, water heater is set to ridiculous hot water and cannot be regulated. Actually dangerous!! Not soundproof, one can actually hear neighbours talking. I did not see any ski depot (we stayed in autumn)?

Sud Tirol wood look. Shower was small but fun. Comfortable. I slept well.

Limited mixed electric outlets. If you want to use the microwave it has to be set on the stove. Water is too hot. Be careful learning how to use the shower. Lamp in livingroom would have made it more relaxing.

Room location, spacious enough apartment.

An interesting decor, however in its current state it would fit more to a hostel type of accommodation. It would need refreshment, especially for the given room price. It is unacceptable to charge 50 EUR for picking up the keys after 19:30! However we did not need to use this option and the receptionist (at the nearby hotel) was friendly.

Cortina is a fantastic vacation destination for visiting the Dolomites.

The furniture is old and uncomfortable. My main dislike is the misunderstanding we had with Stay in Cortina property managers resulted in a $200 penalty. Check in is at an offsite hotel. At check in we were given the welcome instructions verbally and handed papers with instructions (where to park, how to separate trash and recycle, keep counters clean and wash dishes). We were told to use the key drop if we left during off hours. We were not shown the key drop. How were we to know the area would not have lighting, that the key drop would not be easily found in the dark morning hours? We put the keys in a box, but not the correct one - we got a phone call the afternoon of checkout that Stay in Cortina did not get the keys. I explained where I dropped the keys - just downstairs of the hotel. They said there were no keys. I think they don’t believe me and I don’t believe them. First they said I owed 400 euro (I asked for itemized receipts), then Booking sent email that they need payment of 61.20 euro. In another email, the amount was 146 euro and also I should consider adding to that amount for the next renter’s inconvenience and all the trouble my behavior caused. I acknowledged my mistake although unintentional and paid the final amount without delay. Stay in Cortina, however, does not have the integrity to acknowledge that they are also part to blame. I have a sense that they are unscrupulous and dishonest based on my experience.

Good

This is a is a very old style apartment within a private building. There is heavy furnature & wood panelling, the doors are painted with flowers, its really sweet but felt sad as if I was staying in an old persons home when they could no longer live in it. Sofa was not great.

The apartment really needs to be cleaned up and modernised. For what you pay there should be decent kitchen equipment, sofa etc. Cables running across the kitchen look quite dangerous. Bath and boiler have all seen better days. Not what I would expect for the money.

수령하는곳이 차량출입제안구역이여서 열쇄 수령하기위해 파킹장소를 안내해 주면 좋았을 듯하다.

장소는 비교적 좋은 장소이나 만족 스러운 것이 거의 없었다.. 저희는 하루저녁자고 다른 숙소를 빌려서 이동해서 잤다.

Appartement situé au bord d’une route très passante (camions, motos, dès 6h00 du matin), et très mal isolé (fenêtres simple vitrage), on entend même la tv des voisins. Aucun fond de cuisine. La décoration est d’un autre temps …

La vista sulle montagne, la doccia ricca di confort e la presenza di un ascensore anche solo per raggiungere il secondo piano.

All'apparenza l'ambiente sembrava pulito, ma sulle mensole c'era parecchia polvere. L'impianto elettrico soprattutto nella camera da letto andrebbe rivisto (una sola presa dietro il letto che permetteva di fare funzionare una lampada sul comodino (l'altra era solo per arredamento). La testiera del letto era molto traballante. Nel bagno non c'era una buona aereazione. Aprendo un mobile c'era persino la muffa sul muro. I mobili e gli accessori mostrano il segno di usura e mal cura (lavandino del bagno scheggiato, lavandino della cucina rovinato, frigorifero da prestare attenzione quando si apre, vasca da bagno ingiallita, mobile della credenza rovinato, nemmeno un porta asciugamani e un porta carta igienica in bagno,...). Il tendaggio è bello, ma non permette di non essere notati da chi passa sulla strada o si ferma nella stazione di servizio adiacente. Le informazioni date dalla reception dell'albergo riguardo la posizione sono state riduttive, hanno consegnato una cartelletta con un foglio e detto di leggere e seguire quello. Solo se si insisteva a chiedere spiegavano. In compenso mandavano messaggi per ricordare gli orari.
