Breakfast and fantastic onsen experience
bathroom is not available during 9:30 am to 4:30pm (onsen cleaning time) . We desperately needed a bath after caught in a rain.

The staff.. the food... was just wonderful!
During 3 days staying, The temperature of hot spring water was lukewarm warm.. only the first night there was pretty decent temperature water in one of the pool... but rest of 2 days... all 3 of the pool's water temperature was disappointing

The size of the room.
The room was advertised as a western room, but in fact had nothing western about it. It was just a specious old TV or conference room reconverted to fit futons. The advertising in all booking sites is misleading. Most of all it doesn't have toilet and bath, which for Japanese is the hallmark of "western room". Room extremely noisy as sitting right on top of lobby. ,
