Excellent breakfast and dinner! Walking distance to stations and lovely staff! Private onsen was treat.
The tatami beds not super comfortable after for our 6 night stay.

Excellent stay with delicious food. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I stayed in the annex with a private onsen, great if you like the privacy and own space.

Breakfast and fantastic onsen experience
bathroom is not available during 9:30 am to 4:30pm (onsen cleaning time) . We desperately needed a bath after caught in a rain.

The size of the room.
The room was advertised as a western room, but in fact had nothing western about it. It was just a specious old TV or conference room reconverted to fit futons. The advertising in all booking sites is misleading. Most of all it doesn't have toilet and bath, which for Japanese is the hallmark of "western room". Room extremely noisy as sitting right on top of lobby. ,
