The location is amazing! A 2 minutes walk from the hotel and you are at the entrance of the Old City Historical Park, so for that definitely worth the money! As for the park I suggest renting a bike, is cheap, you can go anywhere with it and it’s all flat, so no difficult slopes!

And the staff as always in Thailand was super nice and helpful! They didn’t have the right change, so they told me to go eat and come back, no problem whatsoever🤗
It wasn’t super clean, but I guess is not even the hotel fault, it’s in the middle of the Thai countryside so don’t expect no insects, I don’t mean cockroaches or anything, but small tiny insect around the floor, so they can also get through the mosquito nets placed at the windows.

The location is 5 minutes walk from the ruins.
The staff do not speak much English (so get your google translate ready). Also, they did not know some basic tourist information (like how to get to New Sukhothai and where to catch buses.)

The best budget accommodation in the perfect location to see the temples. Theses a 7 eleven 100 Mtrs away , massage shops , restaurants and laundry shop , bicycles to hire 30 Bart for the day . My room was very clean , good shower and air conditioning worked well . Free breakfast too ! I’d recommend
