It is close to the Beach.

Spatious and newly built apartment, could host up to 5 people,
Fenced courtyard (safe for our dogs)
nice floor tiling
Lots of lights.
Clean towels, lots of them.
Sitting area separate from the bedroom
Two tv sets, free wifi,
quiet and well kept neighbourhood,
Close to the beach and park (for morning dog walks)
Open fire place in the garden (grill)
lots of empty bare space, walls without any shelving or pictures,
Poorly equipped kitchen - no salad or cereal bowls, no wine bottle opener, not enough knives. No coffee machine or mkw.
no useful tv channels.
not enough linen, thick pillows and soft cheap matress.
Small vanity in the bathroom.
No soap or shower gel.
Parking could be a problem when the house is full - two apartments but only 1 parking place
No mosquito nets
No lounge furniture on the terrace, only dining table and chairs
Inadequate shading of the terrace - facing southwest means it could get very hot in summer
Dirty wall in the bedroom (from previous guests’ dogs)
