    Booked a 3 person bedroom for two adults. Double bed + single bed and was advised the room would only cater for one adult. Charged additional for the second adult at 1000TL per day at the local currency.

    Room are with wide glass windows that also not soundproof , i don’t understand who made this hotel this way. Nobody can sleep because of trafic noice for whole night and curtains are so thin that light comes in when sun rises. It seems you are sleeping on road.

    Rooms are cleaned everyday and very closer to local, however, I booked a family room and it’s too small and too noisy from outside ( may be single window) and from next room, even we can hear the water tap noice,

    We went there recently as a stop over and the staff that checked us in was sooo rude. Looked like he was doing us a favour and we were staying there free of charge!! We went in our room with a 4 year old and 6 and the room smelled like smoke even the bedding. When we asked someone to come and least spray some air freshener the guy came in smelling the room and said no this is a non smoking room. And it doesn’t smell at all. Breakfast however was nice. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely NOT!! Staff need to change behaviour. Everyone thinks they are the owner
