Very clean and beautiful interior. Excellent gym! Breakfast is also very good. Well designed rooms.

Breakfast is Okay. we prefer continental breakfast, it was more of Turkish Items.
Breakfast not as per our taste. We Pakistani / Indians prefer Karak Tea and not the Turkish / herbs tea.
Egg station was missing.

They have only two lifts and one of them was out of order for the whole six days stay
Unhelpful and unfriendly stuff, the most friendly one was the cleaner of the room
