Very disappointed!! Zero stars!!! False advertising of what's included in your room. Stay away as you will be disappointed. Booked for 5 nights at the hotel. 1. Only given 2 small bottles of water for whole 5 days. (All other hotels give you 2 bottles a day) 2. No cups supplied. 3. No sugar, no tea or coffee supplied. 4. They also advertised on first line that the room comes with a kettle. But we were told they they do not supply kettles. 5. We also asked for an iron and were told that they don't have any. 6. No toiletries supplied apart from general plastic dispenser for everything. 7. No robe (it's written in the ad) 8. Front doors are flimsy, the whole wall is shaking. 9. Toilet door doesn't close properly at all. 10. No hand held shower to wash yourself down like other hotels. 11. The hair dryer only works on low otherwise it turns off. 12. Shower is leaking (hard to fall asleep) 13. Swimming pool closes early (it's summer!!!) 14. When asked to speak to the manager, we were told to come back in the morning so we asked for his name but we were told that they cannot tell us. Yet they spoke to him on the phone. 15. Apparently we are not allowed to bring our own food or drinks to the hotel!! (They expect us to buy and eat/drink stuff that we don't want or like) 16. Can't even watch TV properly as their reception or internet is no good. 17. Anyone who complains to the staff at the reception gets turn away and gets told to comeback in the morning. Seen 3 others being told the same. 18. Breakfast is average. Couldn't eat it after second day. 19. Beds are hard. 20. Nobody smiles in the kitchen/breakfast room. 21. Only 1 staff member and the cleaner lay was nice and helpful. This place needs a huge makeover/clean up and maybe replace 98% of the staff. Nobody seems to care about anything. Wish I seen the 1000's of negative reviews on Trip Advisor before booking it via Agoda.

Wonderful Family Stay at Hotel Alp Pasha We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alp Pasha with our family. The hotel has a beautiful historic atmosphere, charming architecture, and a great location in the heart of Antalya’s old town. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall ambience made our stay very enjoyable. We especially loved the unique character of the hotel and the peaceful surroundings. It was a lovely experience staying here with family, and we would happily recommend Hotel Alp Pasha to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Antalya. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked the Flora Annex Deluxe Room for a birthday trip and unfortunately our experience started very badly. The room we received looked nothing like the photos online. Apart from the bedsheets, it was completely different from what was advertised. It was an attic-style smoking room that felt poorly maintained, dirty, and had several issues. We were told this was because we booked a smoking room, but this difference is not made clear during booking. If smoking rooms are of a lower standard, that should be clearly stated. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not work. After a full day of travel, we were still dealing with this at 2 a.m. A technician confirmed the AC was not cooling and could not be fixed. We then had to move rooms in the middle of the night. The replacement room was extremely small, had mosquitoes and even a bug inside. We barely slept and ended up losing most of the next day recovering, which was especially disappointing as we only had one full day in Antalya and it was part of a birthday trip. The only positive was the guest relations staff member, who was polite and helpful. The following day he upgraded us to a much nicer room, which was excellent and what we expected from the hotel in the first place. However, when we raised our concerns, we were promised a bottle of wine and possibly dinner as compensation. The wine never arrived, and no compensation was ultimately provided despite multiple conversations. The hotel has some beautiful rooms and friendly staff, but the first room, the lack of working AC, the lost night, and the unfulfilled promises left us very disappointed. A problem can happen in any hotel, but how it is handled matters, and in our case the resolution was not satisfactory.
