Everything is excellent! Location is really good!

Непоганий готель. Хороші сніданки. Приємний персонал. Ціна теж приємна. Чисто, прибирають щодня. Локація добра в плані того, що близько до центру. До конялти 30хв пішки або 7хв на самокаті :))

Номер без вікон на день-2 ок. Але якщо на довше, то трошки не хватає денного світла. Вулиця на якій знаходиться готель не зовсім окультурина та чиста.

Tiny glitches but not worth mentioning.

The rooms were cleaned daily, and I’m very thankful to the cleaning staff for their hard work. Staff were polite, always greeted us, and did make attempts to resolve the issues we raised. Free access to the sauna was a nice bonus, even though we didn’t get the chance to use it. Breakfast had a good selection of typical Turkish breakfast items, which was enjoyable overall. Close to the town centre. Access to tea and coffee throughout the day. Nice big shower with a waterfall head. Room was spacious for two people.

We travelled as a family and had two rooms booked via Booking.com for three nights, but there were repeated issues with the reservations. On arrival, we were told one room was booked with two single beds despite clearly choosing a double. The second room was also booked as a double, yet my mum was placed in a single as no doubles were available. We had to complain and show booking confirmations to prove what we had booked, and my mum’s room was only corrected the following day. There was further confusion with the length of stay, as one booking was showing as only one night instead of three, meaning we again had to search through emails to prove our reservation. After long and tiring flights, this was very frustrating and not the smooth arrival experience you expect. There doesn’t seem to be a connection between what is displayed on Booking.com and what you get on arrival. Although the hotel had a high rating on Booking.com, the overall stay felt quite average and nothing stood out as exceptional. Breakfast items were not labelled, so it was a bit of guesswork (for example, different jams). Our room had an unpleasant view, overlooking a messy back street and directly onto someone else’s balcony. After travelling to other parts of the country, we asked the hotel to reserve two rooms for the night before our return flight. On arrival, the promised rooms were no longer available and we were placed in the hotel next door as a last option.
