Great for its price

Great place, cozy house.

There are 3 bedrooms but one of them can only be reached through either of two other bedrooms, which may not be convenient in some situations. Was not a big deal for us.

Superb

The heater was broken and had to be fixed after two days. The householder found a nearby hotel for us during the first two days. It was very kind and helpful.

Wouldn’t recommend - unannounced visitor, rather dirty and pictures not really showing what you get

Quite spacious, floor heating, mountain view

Unfortunately we did not really enjoy our stay for various reasons. First of all, the pictures are somehow accurate, but don‘t really give an idea how the house looks and feels - in other words: the pictures show the best case, what you get is more average. We would have liked to know for example that to access one of the bedrooms, you have to go through one of the other two bedrooms - not ideal for our group. The house was not very clean, lots of spiders, cobwebs, stuff under/behind the sofa, dirty sheets, no towels for the kitchen or in the toilets, wet laundry in the washing mashine. But the most disturbing was, that on our second day in the afternoon a man stood unannounced in the hallway! No knocking, ringing or introduction or apologies, no message in advance that somebody was coming by. Our little daughter had panic in her eyes and we grownups were quite shocked as well. The man said something about Heating Control and vanished in a locked side room for a couple minutes. I‘ve never experienced something like this - it’s an absolute no go!!! We had a strange feeling for the rest of our stay and honestly were glad to leave earlier than usual the next morning. All in all, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this to a friend.

Perfect location for day hikes in and around Tyrol. Innsbruck and Zillertal is just around the corner aswell. The house is perfect for families and you got a supermarket right around the corner.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ein altes Einfamilienhaus, das vor einiger Zeit renoviert wurde, man hat angenehm viel Platz. Es war schon geheizt, als wir ankamen. Parken kann man gegenüber, allerdings kann es tagsüber sein, dass der Parkplatz kurzzeitig voll ist. Am Abend und am Wochenende gibt es freie Plätze. Ein Supermarkt mit Bäckerei ist ca. 100 m entfernt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden mit Süßigkeiten, Knabberzeug und Mineralwasser begrüßt. Die Betten waren bequem. Es hat alles funktioniert.

Die Fenster sind schon etwas älter, beim Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin ist es etwas laut. Die Treppe ist ziemlich steil und die Toiletten klein, dafür hat man 2 davon. Der Abfluss im Bad war seeehr langsam. Ein paar Kleiderhaken in den Schlafzimmern wären nützlich.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Alles sauber. Für 6 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war sehr gut. Und der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war sehr freundlich und auch unkompliziert und schnell.

Merveilleux hébergement tout confort avec vue magnifique sur les Alpes du Tirol

Le logement était superbe! Quelle belle maison, si bien équipée! Et en belle surprise, il y avait un piano que mes enfants ont été ravis de pouvoir jouer. Tant l'épicerie que les arrêts de bus sont à 1 mn à pied, et c'était très facile de trouver la maison.

Les moustiques, mais bien sûr, ils n'ont pas de lien avec la maison :) Donc, tout nous a plu de la maison.

Liebevolle Gastgeber, traumhaftes Haus, top Lage!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Haus in Tirol war einfach unvergesslich – nicht nur wegen der traumhaften Lage, sondern vor allem dank der unglaublich liebevollen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Von der ersten Sekunde an fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Wir wurden nach unserer Reise mit Snacks und Getränken im Haus überrascht. Unsere Gastgeber während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts waren sie stets erreichbar, um uns mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zu versorgen. Das Haus selbst ist ein wahrer Traum – sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Menschen am Werk sind, denen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. An den Wänden sind wunderschöne Gemälde angebracht. Top ausgestattet- uns hat es an NICHTS gefehlt! Auch die Lage ist ein Highlight: Umgeben von einer atemberaubenden Bergkulisse und in absoluter Ruhe, konnten wir die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen. Man kann den Mpreis zu Fuß erreich, so wie den Bäcker. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus nur jedem empfehlen, der nach einer Unterkunft mit besonderem Charme und Herz sucht!

Tolles Haus mit grandiosen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Es ist ein tolles geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Drei Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Platz vorhanden.

Die Lage ist im allgemeinen ok. Allerdings braucht man für Aktivitäten wie Biken und wandern immer ein wenig Anfahrtswege zu den Startpunkten.

Gut ausgestattete, schöne Unterkunft.

Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Etwas ab vom „Schuss“ (in Bezug auf Wanderungen). Sehr viele Schnaken (wofür der Vermieter selbstverständlich nichts kann!; war trotzdem nervig).

Feiner Kurzurlaub im eigenen Haus!

Sehr nette Unterkunft mitten in Kirchdorf. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Schwimmbad, Fußballplatz und zu zwei Supermärkten. S Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es aber sehr charmant. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ausreichend, speziell die Waschmaschine und der Trockner ist sehr praktisch. Auch hat die Vermieterin eine Flasche Mineralwasser und Süßigkeiten bereitgestellt - danke dafür! Check-in und Check-out waren mit Schlüsseltresort sehr effektiv. Generell war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr gut 👍 auch der Außenbereich lädt zum sitzen ein. Super auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Ausflügen.

Leider ein war es ein wenig staubig.
