Nice and comfortable

It was clean upon arrival and had clear instructions for the free bus to the lifts. It had free wifi, the sauna was great (space for 2), and it came with a welcome bottle of wine.

Sheets and duvets for 1 person in each apartment were missing the first night, and they were replaced the next day. We had no direct contact with the property manager.

Great value condo for families or friends for skiing or hiking in the Tyrol

We had a wonderful stay. 1. Very clean and quiet; 2. Good sized refrigerator; 3. Toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and sugar; 4. Other thoughtful things: good cookware, solid silverware, big glasses and mugs, a pitcher for water; nearby recycling. 5. Lots of towels, good toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, cleaning supplies and super wonderful: good paper towels that actually absorb. We will definitely return. Dedicated and detail oriented cleaners.

It would be great to have some salt, pepper and oil or butter as well as some coffee milk. But this is minor all the important things like toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies were there.

Great unit with nice view

Stayed at unit #5. Great unit and furnished with sufficient cooking utensils. Very thoughtful and generous on supplies i.e. coffee pods, dishwater detergents, trash bags etc.

Other renters park their car in front of their unit overnight making its difficult to load and unload our stuff to the unit. Something need to be done to monitor this unruly behaviour.

A wonderful stay in a great location with excellent service.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff were responsive and quick to reply, even through messages. The view was amazing, and a supermarket was only a 5-minute walk away.

Clean, cozy, well equipped, easy check in/out. Right compromise between price, distance from ski locations (when you have the car). I would definitely come back.

Perhaps not much light in the apartment we got (underground level). Probably other available apartments were better.

Exceptional

We slept here for 1 night with 6 people and a dog on our way to Italy. The atmosphere in the apartment was great. Not noisy at all. Private washer and dryer available, handy with a large family. The complex is located next to a nice swimming pool and has 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable apartment. A supermarket within walking distance. We were super satisfied!

After one hairwashing the drain in the bathroom clogged and the water was in a minute in whole bathroom, almost even ran out. The price was twice as high as accomodation a few hours east, but it is 40 minutes drive from Achensee.

Beautiful in every aspect!

Quiet place, wonderful mountain view from the balcony, clean, comfortable and modern apartment. There is enough parking space. Public swimming pool 100 meters away. There is a supermarket very close. The staff was friendly and helpful! It was great that we were able to take our little dog with us. I recommend and we will go back!

very comfortable, easy location, clean and modern.

dishwasher was full of dirty dishes - 1 off mistake I’m sure. Temperature was set very high and didn’t seem to cool down when the thermostat was reduced, sleepless nights. 10am checkout is too early, and 10+ emails about our 2 day stay is too many!

It’s an house located outside of town. you have a big spar is within walking distance and large open space in front. large rooms and big lounge.

there is no basic stuff such as salt or sugar or coffee n tea. you have 1 towel to use for a 5 day stay. no washing machine or dryers. no iron. no skibus access close by.

Excellent Quality - everything new. Tastefully designed and furnished. Very good value for money, Very quiet, Public swimming pool at 100 meters. Despite remote management, manager (Keynote) quite responsive and helpful.

A washing machine was missing. As there is space for it in the bathroom, it might be added later on.

the place was clean and new however poorly thought out . main bathroom in open plan kitchen area .

however poor facilities for 5 people. not enough chairs for 5 people ,only 2 on balcony no brush or mop to clean when there for a week . no microwave little space in second bedroom for clothes or to move . be aware would be unable to fit a cot in either bedroom

Impossible to dry clothes, store equipment, cook food or recycle plastic. No curtains in bathroom.

Location is 10 mins away by car from SkiWelt area - super close location. The town is very nice and pretty, and the apartments are brand new and clean / spacious

There is no option to dry or hang clothes after skiing - there are no heaters to dry boots or gloves, and nowhere to store equipment. Was very frustrating to have wet gloves everyday with no drying option. The apartment has cooking equipment (pots and pans) - but the pans are teflon, and there is only metal utensils to use for cooking - so it is impossible to cook at home without damaging the pans. There are no curtains on the bathroom window - everyone can see you take a shower / change clothes.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden, am Dorfrand von Bad Häring, ruhuge Lage. Skigebiete alle in der näheren Umgebung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Großzügiges Appartment im Ergeschoss, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Sauna war nach dem Skifahren unser Higjlight.

Impossibile riuscire a dormire. Abbiamo segnalato più volte ai gestori che il climatizzatore faceva continuamente un rumore intollerabile, anche se era spento fin dal nostro arrivo. Abbiamo protestato e chiamato e ogni volta ci dicevano che avrebbero sistemato subito, ma non è mai venuto nessuno. Ci hanno solo preso in giro.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine moderne schöne Einrichtung und alles was man braucht für ein paar Tage. Leichtes Check-in. Gute Lage.

Leider gibt es einige schlechte Punkte. Wir hatten die KELLER Wohnung Nr 6. Leider wurde das beim Buchen nirgends angeführt. Die Wohnung hatte nur 2 Fenster und die waren nur in den Schlafzimmern, wodurch es stockdunkel in der Wohnung war. Ebenso hört man alle Geräusche der oberen Wohnung ( Kindergeschrei, Abwasser…) durch, man hatte das Gefühl das Wasser kommt gleich von der Decke weils so laut war. Leider hatten wir leichten Schimmel in der Duschfuge. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht geworden weil wir ein Jahr vorher in einer anderen Wohnung waren und da war alles perfekt. Ebenso ging ein Feueralarm los, alle Bewohner standen in der Kälte und der Besitzer war nicht erreichbar. Das Preisleistungs Angebot für dieses Finstere Loch ist nicht okay!

הדירות חדשות ברמה גבוהה, נקי, מתוכנן היטב. מקלחת נהדרת. סופר קרוב מאוד. חנייה נוחה. קיבל את פנינו בדירה בקבוק יין לבן נהדר, שימח אותנו מאוד. היו גם מגבות אקסטרה לכמה ימים. מבחינת המיקום: מתאים למי שמחפש מקום באמצע בין אוסטריה למינכן. לקחנו שתי דירות: דירה 11 - מצוינת, מרווחת, ממוזגת, מתאימה ל 3-4 אנשים. דירה 9 - מתאימה לזוג. פונקציונלית ואינטימית אך מעט צפופה. . המלצה לכל מקומות האירוח: כדאי להשאיר קצת אבקת כביסה (בדומה לטבליות מדיח). יכול להועיל מאוד כשזקוקים לכביסה חד פעמית.

מנגנון הצ'ק אין הממוחשב לא עבד בצורה תקינה. בדירה 9 אין מזגן, לכן בלילה היה קצת חם ונאלצנו לפתוח חלון. בבניין יש מסעדת פיצות והדירה היתה סמוכה אליה. מריחים את הריח וגם שומעים את תנועת השליחים.

Für ein paar Nächste war es in Ordnung, aber für diesen Preis buchen wir nicht mehr.

Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche gab es alles was man braucht und auch der Waschtrockner im Appartment ist wirklich praktisch. Es war alles sehr sauber und geräumig.

Aus der Beschreibung war für mich leider nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein Kellerappartment handelt. Dementsprechend war es eher dunkel, auch gibt es an den Fenstern keine Insektenschutzgitter und keine richtige Verdunkelung, was jetzt im Sommer dazu geführt hat, dass es für die Kinder zum schlafen zu hell war. Direkt an den Fenstern führt ein Gehweg vorbei, wo bis spät abends, oder früh morgens Leute vorbei gehen oder Autos einräumen, das war laut.

Sehr schönes, neues und modernes Haus mit allen was man braucht. Die Lage ist ebenso Klasse - Schwimmbad gegenüber und zu Fuß erreicht man den Ort mit Restaurant und Shopping. Natürlich kann man von Haus aus auch gute Wanderungen starten

Att det inte var tydligt att poolområdet inte ingick i priset. Vill man sova längre än till kl 7 ska man inte sova i rummet precis mot tennisbanan.

מקום מושקע בציוד הפנים נח ונחמד. האזור מרכזי והציוד מוצלח ממש. שלחו לנו במיל אירועים באזור והיה ממש נחמד.

היינו בחדר 8 שממוקם עמוק והחלונות הם על הארץ ובעצם כל מי שעובר בשביל יכול לשמוע.

أنا سكنت في شقة رقم 5 السكن كان عبارة عن دورين الدور الأول يوجد غرفتين نوم و حمام فيه غسالة ملابس الدور الثاني حمام و مطبخ و منطقة الجلوس و طاولة الطعام و البلكونه الأثاث كان جميل و المطبخ مكتمل فيه كل الأدوات السكن بشكل عام جميل السيارة توصل لباب الشقة تنزل اغراضك و بعدين تحطها في المواقف إجراءات الدخول و الخروج سهله جدًا حرفيًا ما قابلت أي شخص في الدخول أو الخروج قبل الوصول باسبوع تقريباً يرسلون لك رسالة و فيها رابط تسجل معلوماتك و معلومات النزلاء اللي معك كلهم و بعد ما يتأكدون يرسلون لك رمز لصندوق جنب الباب تفتحه و تحصل المفتاح و الخروج تحط المفتاح بنفس المكان و تتوكل على الله الجانب الخلفي مطل على ملاعب تنس و الأمامي اطلالته جميلة

في اجازة نهاية الأسبوع كان فيه حفل في ملعب التنس و كان فيه ازعاج حتى وقت متأخر
