Le fotografie pubblicate su booking non rispecchiano la realta. Non cè la televisione. Servirebbe un po di manutenzione esterna e interna (metà faretti interni non funzionavano nel ns appartamento) detto questo la posizione panoramica è bellissima e basterebbe poco sforzo per rendere questa location fantastica

Wir hatten eigentlich alles was wir gebraucht haben.

Ein Fernseher wäre schön gewesen. Leider hatten wir das Pech von Rauchern umgeben zu sein, weshalb wir weder den Balkon nutzen noch richtig lüften konnten.

Toller Blick ins Tal und auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg mit Seilbahn. Das Familienappartment war sehr groß. (Haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen, da wir mit Kind waren und das größere Zimmer noch frei war) Freundliche Vermieter, wohnen mit im Haus Großer Balkon Ausreichende Küchenutensilien, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank alles vorhanden

Klemmende Türen Couch sollte dringendl erneuert werden Hund der Vermieter war gerade rollig und hat viel gejault ....

Die Lage ist echt gut und ruhig zu finden ist es auch gut. Lüfte sind nicht weit und man kann echt gut Wandern gehen ohne erst mit dem Auto zu fahren.

Naja der Auhof ist in die Jahre gekommen zum Übernachten geht es schon in der Region ist man ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs.

Appartement, geen ontbijt. Aardige mensen en handig dat het Nederlanders zijn.

Geen winterport gevoel omdat er alleen sneeuw op de piste,'s lag die trouwes heel goed onder houden werden.

Spacious and comfortable apartment for a fair price. The lady at the reception was very friendly and willing to help us. Our place had a nice view.

I wouldn't recommend people without a car to come here due to the high hill on which the place is located. Also, there was nothing to do in September. But when you do have a car Niederau is a good basis for your daily activities.

The view was wonderful. The fresh mountain air and the nature around are very relaxing.

We waited for around 15-20mins to reach someone at the reception desk after ringing the bell. The lack of an elevator could be an issue for people with heavy luggage. Our biggest complaint was the very squeaky and rather uncomfortable beds.

Room was very clean with extremely comfortable beds. The room was completely renovated and had everything we needed. The hosts were charming and gifted us guest passes to use the gondola to get up to the hiking area. That was a tremendous value. Great view of the foothills and surrounding area

Great view, super nice staff

Good location, great view, good beds, hot shower. Owners were really sympathetic about our arriving late, in the middle of the night, because of traffic in Germany, even offered us to check out an hour later so we could sleep a bit longer. Great gesture, and well appreciated.

Shower-door leaks a little in the room we had. Not a major issue.
