The site is so clean, the staff are really friendly. Our caravan was nice and spacious.

The road coming up to the actual site there are a few potholes, there's just enough space for two cars to pass, apart from that no other issues.

Relaxing stay in the nature

Located in excellent and relaxing atmosphere, very well equipped mobile houses. You can find everything you need in the kitchen, constant hot water and good heating system. The staff is friendly.

The beds in the rooms with 2 separate beds are really small and tiny and not comfortable for big persons.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the shop was really well stocked. The site had a good atmosphere and the caravan was clean and spacious. We were sad not to be staying longer.

I didn't find the beds the most comfortable, but for caravan beds they were very good.

The Avon House was marvellous. We are a family of 6 and the space was just what we needed. Travelled all around Scotland from the location and the house exceeded our expectations by how comfortable it was :)

Great value last minute booking in a great location. Wish I had known about Linwater earlier as I have been travelling each month to look after my wife's mother in Edinburgh who has been ill. Booked for next weekend now.

The accommodation was so clean and had absolutely everything you might need. So modern and cosy. Staff was so welcoming. Great location. Would highly recommend.

It was spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed. It was very close to home, as I was only there to get my house painted. They also allowed my dog to come

I was sent pictures of a really lovely static, and of course I thought that's where I would be, especially as it was so expensive, but I was put in a very basic static. Quite disappointing.

Business trip in Edinburgh

We were upgraded to a lodge from a caravan free of charge on arrival. Lodge was lovely, very clean and comfortable, it was very well equipped and the heating was turned on for us arriving which was nice. Park was kept nice and tidy, surrounded by grass and trees

One of the dining chairs broke when I sat on it as the legs were a bit loose but wasn't really a problem and they said they had a replacement and it was ok. Also the inner glass on the oven door was a bit loose and fiddly when using the door but again wasn't really a problem to us and I'm sure it will get repaired. Would stay here again.
