-accommodation was OK for a family and clean
-the kitchen had basic stuff if you want to eat inside
- lack of basic toiletries and stuff usually present at this type of accommodation. There was only a very small (few ml) shower/shampoo bottle not enough even for 1 use for all family. We had to buy our own soap/shower gel/shampoo AND Toilet paper!!! ( there was one roll for the entire week stay for one family). This is unacceptable
- there was no coffee, tea, or minimum of things present in any rented accommodation . We had to look for a grocery store to buy them which was wasting our time
-soft mattresses were very uncomfortable ; as for the pillows, they were a shame! please change them for decent ones
-for the amount of money paid, we should not be bothered to buy ourselves basic toiletries and waste time to do shopping instead of relaxing. I do not expect to bring my own toilet paper, soap or dish washer tablets for a holiday stay at this price!

Clean, spacious and good commodities! Except for the roads being really steep if you're not an experienced driver its perfect, we could check in later via a code we received as well
Roads to the houses are steep if you're not an experienced driver and some of the extra leisure activities were closed due to it being winter but overall not much to complain!!

The location of the resort was great with facilities such as a supermarket, restaurants, electric car charging close by. The apartment was clean and self sufficient with all amenities such as a refrigerator and a dishwasher.
The mattress was terrible, so soft that you could almost feel the springs inside as well as the frame of the bed. It kind of ruined my experience there and left me with severe back pain.
