Clean, spacious and good commodities! Except for the roads being really steep if you're not an experienced driver its perfect, we could check in later via a code we received as well
Roads to the houses are steep if you're not an experienced driver and some of the extra leisure activities were closed due to it being winter but overall not much to complain!!

Like renting a whole house very clean nice space
Parking was alittle far away and uphill. Staff wasn't very friendly. Advertises English, German and Dutch but the staff only spoke German. The restaurants showed open but were closed.

Nature is beautiful
Pool not warm. Sauna wasnt on when we wanted to use it. We paid too much for our two tiny dogs’ stay. Why charge the same for all size dogs? Restaurant on site too expensive.

Comfortable house in resort, with some nice activities for all ages.
Couch had really bad stains and the beds weren't extremely comfortable.

Very nice location. Many nice hikes in the area. The house itself was very clean, very well equipped kitchen, indoor pool... We only stayed one night but next time we will stay longer.

- Good assistance from the hosts ( people in the reception)
- Location
- The apartment and its orientation (a valley with a lake)
- Things to do around : hiking, running or going by bike
- Reception open for longer
- A bath drawer - as a family with 5 members we were struggling for organizing our bath specific stuff

The check-in process was easy, all staff were friendly and helpful.
The apartment was clean, cool, tastefully decorated and is so much bigger than the photos suggest. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable.
The views are absolutely stunning, it was beautiful to look at from the balcony each day.

Nice place, especially for children. Quiet, calm, beautiful. The bungalow is clean, large. There is everything you need in the kitchen.
wi-fi is poor

Location is perfect! You can take a walk to the lake (the road is good enough, so you can do it with the stroller), or rent a bike, or chill at the small swimming pool. The kids-room is very good, and the hotel has 2 playgrounds for the kids.
The hotel is dog-friendly, and has a lot of dog waste bins.
The store is big enough, and you can buy there almost everything you need - from the croissants to the toilet paper:)
The appartment itself is well-equipped and has a fridge, coffee mashine (Nespresso), dishwasher and even a baby-chair.
The worst thing was that the child safety gate for the stairs was faulty — the bottom part of the latch didn’t work. We found out on the very first evening when our friends’ child (2 years old) leaned on it and it opened. The little one fell down the entire staircase! Our friends spent the night in the hospital, and it was truly a miracle that he didn’t suffer any fractures or a concussion. When we reported the issue to the reception, we even didn’t receive any apology. On the contrary, the staff member said, “If you want, you can complain wherever you like.” We were absolutely shocked.
The Brauhaus restaurant wasn't bad during the first visit, but at the weekend evening we were waiting for our order more than 1 hour (including the meal from the kids menu).
2-bedroom appartments more suitable not for 2 families, but for the one family and adult child, as the second bedroom is extremely small and even has no space for a baby crib. Matresses were too soft.
Also, it would be great to have 2 bathrooms instead of 1 (with the shower, I mean). On top of that, the shower curtain in the bathroom was completely covered in mold.
We had 2-levels appartments, and wifi signal was available only at the ground floor.

The location of the resort was great with facilities such as a supermarket, restaurants, electric car charging close by. The apartment was clean and self sufficient with all amenities such as a refrigerator and a dishwasher.
The mattress was terrible, so soft that you could almost feel the springs inside as well as the frame of the bed. It kind of ruined my experience there and left me with severe back pain.

Beautiful location close to a lot of walks, easy to park, appartment in general.
The WiFi loses connection often and wasn't available everywhere in the apartment.

the cleaning fee is already quite high but we had to strip beds, throw away trash and so on upon check out

The staff was very friendly. I especially remember the lady at the tourist point (that is on the park) being very helpful, giving us tips what we could do with a young baby. Walking around sightseeing the village closeby is already a lot of fun. There are also plenty restaurants there. We especially loved the local feeling ones, with great music and food. We were fans of Germany and it's culture already and this trip only confirmed it again.
The restaurant on the park uses a little bit too much salt to our taste.

We absolutely adored this location, and the facilities were exceptional! We had a beautiful bungalow that accommodated two families nicely. The view from the balcony was stunning with the fall colors. The indoor pool was well maintained and convenient. Our children also enjoyed the playgrounds and indoor play area. A staff member came to the pool to play games with the kids, which was unexpected and appreciated! We made use of the shops and restaurants on the resort, and everything met or exceeded our expectations. We took advantage of the location to visit the Monschau Christmas Market, and generally enjoy the beautiful region.
Perhaps communication about checkout, but all the info was on the website, which came up automatically when logging into wifi. I would go back again in a heartbeat!

We were in a house with 4 bed rooms. It was nice and spacious.
The wellness (sauna and whirlpool) was great.
The view was beautiful.
Fantastic balcony.
The house was nicely furnished, not your typical resort.
The staff at the restaurant, reception and supermarket were very friendly and accommodating. The bread at the supermarket is very tasty and fresh.
There are two coffee machines! One for filter coffee and one for Nespresso cups.
The house is equipped with all you need.
We arrived by train, a taxi to the resort is easy and costs a little less than 15 euro.
The price is quite high (too high!) for the accommodation especially with the mandatory cleaning costs.
It was not clean, despite the very high (mandatory!) cleaning costs of somewhat over 200 euro.
- layers of dust under the table, on lamps , the carpet, etc. It had clearly not been cleaned on these spots for months.
- food scraps on the stove
- bad smelling moisture/goo underneath the sink.
The matresses were very soft! And in two rooms completely old with large pits in them that caused back and neck pain. At first: no response after a complaint on the resort guest site. When we went to the reception the next day, the matresses were replaced withon the hour! That was great service!
Be careful walking on the terrace, the wood splinters easily.
The boulevard is not really our personal taste, but for young families or if you are with friends/a larger group it is accommodating. It has a shop, bike rental and animation.
The supermarket is quite expensive and does not have a a lot of fresh vegetables.

the location of the houses, quiet and beautiful scenery.
not as clean as you would expect for the money. on leaving the cleaners arrived too early, pushing you out, very unkind and not acceptable.

The accommodation was perfect and many attractions for children - outside and inside swimming pools, playgrounds for kids, funny program for kids. The environment around the resort is amazing providing many opportunities for physical activities.
I can say that the internet connection was unusable.
