Excellent location, host and very nice place.

Location is great. It’s only a few minutes walking to the bus station and ferry terminal. Room is nice, clean and big. The host was very nice and helpful.. everything was all good.

It would be great if there was air conditioner.

Feel like a local in a Porec old townhouse

Amazing location, charming guesthouse in the heart of Porec old town, 30s walk from the marina. Lovely host, great contact on WhatsApp (instruction, recommendation).

The room would benefit from a mosquito net and any place to hang towels in the bathroom.

Clean room in convenient location

The owner was present & helpful offering to carry my bag up the 39 stairs to 2nd floor. The location was ideal as just steps from Marina & restaurants & centrally located for exploring the old town. Room was very clean & appeared to be newly renovated.

While my room was very clean & quiet & definitely served purpose of being perfectly situated for someone on foot, the room seemed a work in progress w temporary night stand & lamp & lack of racks or hooks to hang towels. I’m sure this is temporary situation & may not be an issue in near future.

Wort property on our 8 week trip. The property was a tiny room. Shower curtain fell down as soon as you touched it. Internet didn’t work. We also didn’t feel safe as another guest left the key in the main entrance door which was directly on the Main Street in old town. Anyone could have just walked in. Lots of stairs to get to the room so don’t take heavy bags. I met the host who apologised when I bought all of this up yo him in person. He mentioned he would try and move the router to help with the Internet so clearly he realised it wasn’t working. He also said to me he would give us our money back as we didn’t stay. We were only there for one hour and only used one towel to freshen up. He has now gone back on his word. Avoid this guesthouse!

Disappointing

Walking out the door and you are in the middle of Poreç. (Which is overcrowded with tourists looking for food)

The room has no airco. That would not have been a problem unless the band on the terrace next door is playing loud sixties and seventies hits until 2400. This combined with the small room and the bunk beds makes the room overpriced.

Central and friendly

We liked that it was central and small, they only have three rooms to rent. They were helpful and friendly. The room was in good condition and the bathroom was newly renovated. There was a fridge and a desk in the room too. Very close to the Venice ferry terminal.

It was hard to find - no sign so you have to recognise the door from the photos or call them to come down. The room is central in the town so even if it's not on a main road you do hear people and vehicles etc.. during the night. But we slept with earplugs so then that wasn't a problem for us.

Location was perfect. Couldn't ask for more, right in the middle of the city. 30 seconds to the Basilika

INo clear indication outside of building where it is when you get there. Staff have to travel 5mins or so to let you in. I did let them know in advance my arrival time but this did not help. Staff didnt want my passport or ID to check in when i offered? Thought this mandatory with government? Staff no where to be seen after. Left luggage in lobby area with front door that doesn't lock as baggage area

The only reason to stay here was the proximity to port for an early morning ferry - turned out to be counterproductive as we got hardly any sleep! extremely noisy music right next door until 11.30pm plus noisy after party all night next door. it’s in the town centre so we didn’t expect it to be completely quiet but the music was loud to the point that you could hear it with the window closed and earplugs in.

Flights of stairs to room very challenging for the not so spritely .Electric fan was not really adequate for the heat so difficult to sleep.No tea making facilities so it was lucky we took our own.Hostess does not speak much English but is very sweet
